摘要
采用问卷调查、文献资料调研、专家调查和数理统计等方法,对2003年底青海省体育场(馆)普查的数量、种类、面积、结构、分布、使用情况及存在的问题进行了分析。结果表明,由于经济的滞后,体育场(馆)建设经费不足,现有体育场(馆)中,经济发达地区与不发达地区存在明显差距。尤其是农牧区体育场(馆)严重匮乏、设施简陋,极大地制约了群众体育活动的开展。因此,应加大体育场(馆)资金的投入力度、扩大资金来源,并对一些农牧区和欠发达地区给予政策支持,以促进青海省体育场(馆)的建设和发展。
Through using the method of questionnaire, literature investigation, expert interview and mathematical statistics, this paper makes analysis on quantity, type, area, structrue, distribution, usage situation and existing problem of gymnasiums in Qinghai province. The result shows that there is obvious difference in gymnasiums between the developed area and undeveloped area especially for those in farming area and pastoral area because of lag behind economy and shortage of construction fund. Therefore, it is urgent for us to input more fund investment ,enlarge the resource of funding ,and give more policy support in order to promote the development of gymnasiums in Qinghai province.
