摘要
采用文献资料调研、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对河南省在职女职工体育健身活动的现状进行了调查和分析。指出了影响河南省在职女职工体育健身活动的主要原因,提出了发展河南省在职女职工体育健身活动的建议。
Through using the method of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and comparison, this paper makes investigation and analysis on current situation of physical activity of in-service female employee in Henan province, points out the main reason affecting their physical activity, put forwards the suggestions of developing physical activity of in-service female employee in Henan province.
