摘要
对我国群众体育资源的开发与配置对策进行了研究。研究表明,我国群众体育资源的开发与配置中可待开发的群众体育资源存量普遍不足,群众体育资源的配置过程不尽合理,群众体育资源的开发及利用程度较低。提出了促进群众体育资源发展的对策,如明确科学的发展思路,树立科学的群众体育资源观,不断提高群众体育资源的经营管理水平,完善群众体育资源的制度法规,培养各类群众体育专门人才,培育开发群众体育市场。
It is analyzed Chinese mass sport development and countermeasures. This article revealed that Chinese mass sport resources faced such problems as waiting exploitation mass sport resources deficiency in deposit, unreasionable in process of resources collocation, low level in mass sport resources development and using. Some countermeasures as follows： definition in scientific development thought, founding scientific mass sport resources view, advancing mass sport resources level of management and marking, perfecting mass sport resources system and rule of law, cultivating all sorts of person with ability specialize in mass sport, cultivating and exploitation mass soort marking.
