摘要
文章通过回顾中国城市社区治理模式的变革,阐述了民间组织在社区建设中的作用,并分析它与政府在社区治理中互动关系的变化———由被动性互动向主动性互动转化。民间组织逐步成为中国城市社区治理的重要力量。
In this paper, with reviewing the community governance changing in China, the author expounds the action of the nongovernmental organization in community construction, and also analyzes the connection changing of government and nongovernmental organization in community construction from passive connection to initiative connection. Gradually, the nongovernmental organization becomes the important power of community construction in China.
