摘要
中国正处于经济、政治、文化和社会的转型时期,各种社会矛盾冲突不断,正是各种公共危机频发的时期。而现有的公共危机管理体系却不够健全,难以应对当前日益复杂、多变的公共危机。政府应当更新思想观念,整合各方面的资源,逐步建立起中国特色的现代危机管理体系。
Economically, politically and socially, China is undergoing a transitional period in which all kinds of social conflicts and public crisis occur. But the present public management systems are too far from being complete to cope with all kinds of occurrences. Government should renew ideas and adjust the resources at all levels to set up a modem management with Chinese characteristics.
