摘要
高校坚持以人为本已成为加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作的关键。因此,要促进大学生思想政治教育工作,必须贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近学生;改进高校管理,推行人本管理,强化育人功能;加强学生干部思想政治建设,发挥学生“三自”作用;利用校园文化的感染功能影响学生;依托学生宿舍、学生社团,创建学生教育管理工作新机制。
To stick to the principle of human-centeredness is the key to raise college students＇ moral standard. We have to adapt ourselves to the realities and take our students＇ real situation into consideration. The management will have to be strengthened and students＇ own initiatives will have to be heightened in order to create a new student management mechanism.
