摘要
教育是民族振兴、国家富强的根本,是公民的基本权利。在二元社会结构中,教育投入不足、城乡教育机会不均、收费式义务教育和教育产业化政策,使中国农民的受教育权受到了多方面的限制。在尊重、保障和实现公民受教育权的基础上推进教育变革,是中国教育现代化的战略选择。
Education is the foundation of national development and prosperity and it is the basic right of citizens, In the social bi-structure, Chinese farmers＇ right to be educated is restricted by such factors as lack of fund, education chance inequality between city and countryside, tuition-paying voluntary education system and the industrialization of education. It is strategic for the modernization of Chinese education to respect, guarantee and realize citizens＇ right of education in order to push education reform.
