摘要
分析了制约高校内部管理体制改革的因素,结合我院在人事分配管理机制改革方面的成效与不足,对如何进一步深化高校人事分配管理制度改革进行了再思考.
This paper reviews the achievements and weak points of the personnel and distribution practices, puts forward some useful suggestions for further reform in this field.
