摘要
利用傅里叶红外光谱,对彝药大红袍根块的根皮、根心进行特征谱比较分析。通过分析,可知大红袍根皮、根心的主要特征峰峰位相同,但其相同组分在各自物质中含量有差异。为大红袍的特征谱对大红袍根块鉴定提供了科学依据。
The surface part and central part of the root of Yi herbs dahongpao were analyzed comparatively by FTIR. The main components in Yi herbs, dahongpao show the same characteristic spectrum, but different in contents of the surface part and central part of the root, which offers a scientific evidence to appraise Yi herbs dahongpao.
