摘要
针对目前矿山突发事件的特点和WebGIS的功能,详细阐述了WebGIS支持下的矿山安全事故防范应急系统基本原理,设计了WebGIS支持下的面向矿山安全突发事件防范应急系统总体框架和系统各应用平台功能,对当前矿山防灾减灾具有参考意义。
This paper gives a detailed description of the basic principle of safety control systems for mine emergent events based on WebGIS according to the characters of the current mine emergent events and the function of WebGIS, designed a total framework of mine-oriented safety control system for emergent events and the application platform function of the system based on WebGIS, which is of great significance for us to prevent and control mine disasters.
