摘要 为了确定低温条件下甲醇、乙二醇溶液的最佳操作温度和操作浓度,对醇类水溶液在低温条件下粘性变化的规律进行了实验研究。利用步冷曲线法测定了不同浓度的甲醇、乙二醇水溶液的冰点。结果表明,在 工 作 环 境 温 度 为 -20~-40℃时,醇的体积浓度应控制在 30%~50%。对不同温度和浓度下甲醇-乙二醇水溶液的黏度测试结果表明,甲醇与乙二醇体积分数应为 0.3。同时,论述了甲醇含量与醇-水溶液浓度的关系及 pH 值对醇-水溶液黏度的影响,为今后工程设计中防止水化物的生成提供了重要的实验数据。 The viscidity change of alcohol aqueous solution at low temperature is investigated in order to determine the best operation temperature and density of methyl alcohol solution and glycol solution under low temperature condition. The curve law of step is used to determine the freezing points of methyl alcohol and glycol aqueous solution with different density. It is proposed that under the working environment temperature from -20℃ to -40℃,the volume percentage of density for alcohol should be controlled in the range of 30% to 50%. The tested viscidity results of methyl alcohol-glycol aqueous solution with different densities under different temperature show that the ratio of volume fraction for methyl alcohol-glycol solution should be 0.3. Meanwhile,the relativity of alcohol content with the density of alcohol-aqueous solution is described. The impact of pH value on viscidity of alcohol-aqueous solution of methyl alcohol is discussed.
