摘要
译品在目标语读者中被成功接受与翻译过程中译家的美学理念和各种思维的交相运用密不可分,丹·布朗的系列小说在中国引起轰动就说明了这一点。文学作品的美学特质和翻译的重新语境化要求译者在翻译过程中能综合运用美学理念和翻译思给,把握和谐的审美距离,以期在尽量考虑目标语读者接受习惯的同时,最大程度地提高目标语文本与源语文本的相似性。
As is vividly exemplified by the great sensation Dan Brown' s novels have caused in China, the acceptance of a translated version results to a significant extent from the working together of the translator' s aesthetic conception and the various modes of thinking he possesses. Both the aesthetic peculiarity of the literary text and its re-contextualization in the translation require that the translator, while taking into serious account the target reader' s receiving capacity, employ his aesthetic ideals and his thinking about translation in a comprehensive way, so as to maintain a harmonious aesthetic distance and to guarantee that the similarity between the source and the target text be enhanced to the best of our ability.
