摘要
已患高脂血症者无论病程长短,在服用芦笋制品一月后,血清胆固醇、甘油三脂及小脂蛋白均有不同程度下降。与燕麦冲剂降脂效果相比,服芦笋者的甘油三脂及β-脂蛋白下降幅度更大。对于多次服其它降脂剂无效者,服芦笋可使血脂下降。
The hyperlipemia patient were departed into two groups. One group eat oats, and the other group eat Asparagus spears for lowering the blood lipid levels. After 4-8 weeks,Lipohemia were determined. The results showed that the depressing ratio of blood lipids by eating Asparagus spears up to 80%. In comparison with the effects of oats, there were more effective in lowering the width of the serum glyceride and β-lipid protein by eating Asparagus spears.
