摘要
运用树脂吸附法提取水红木果色素。试验表明:HPD-100树脂对该色素的吸附效果较好,用80%乙醇洗脱,洗脱效果最佳,所得产品色素质量好,而且HPD-100树脂使用20次后吸附性能依然稳定。
This article studied the extracting technology of the red pigment of Viburnum cylindricum Buch with HPD-100 resin. In the course of desorbing the absorbed red pigment with 80% ethanol .HPD- 100 resin was selected for the experiment. After using of 20 times, the absorption factor is still very stable.
