摘要
采用不同浓度的乙醇溶液处理苦荞麸皮原料,得到苦荞黄酮和自由D-手性肌醇含量差异显著的两种苦荞提取物。通过糖尿病模型大鼠试验发现,两种苦荞提取物对大鼠血糖相关生理指标的影响显著不同(P<0.01)。富含自由D-手性肌醇而苦荞黄酮含量较低的苦荞提取物A,其降血糖效果明显好于苦荞黄酮含量高而自由D-手性肌醇含量低的苦荞提取物B。
Two types of tartary buckwheat extracts with relatively high contents of flavonoids and D-chiro-inositol was obtained by optimizing the solvent and extraction condition, the extracts was used to feed diabetic rat. The results showed that both extracts can significantly lower the diabetic index on the diabetic animals (P〈 0.01), and among the two extracts, the extracts with relatively high content of D-chiro-inositol was more effectively than others.
