摘要
育人是高校的根本工作任务,以往比较强调教师工作的“教书育人”功能,对教师工作“管理育人”功能却重视不够,而“管理育人”恰恰是培养学生非智力因素,强化学生知识技能和道德人格的重要途径。坚持教书、管理、育人“三位一体”,正确处理三者之间的辨证关系,优化教师的管理育人素质,提高教师教书、管理、育人的自觉性,对高校实现人才培养目标具有重要现实意义。
It is basic tasks of the university to educate people. But it relatively give priority to the function "imparting knowledge and educating people past, and pay little attention to that of "educating people by them to realize the goal of personnel training in heightening th that a teacher worked in the management". It is significant for e consciousness of teaching, managing, educating.
