退火工艺对薄壁Al-Mn-Fe-Si翅片铝箔力学性能和组织的影响 被引量:5

摘要 研究了退火温度和保温时间对AlMnFeSi翅片铝箔力学性能和组织的影响。结果表明,该翅片铝箔H26在255℃保温7~22h退火,其内部仍为纤维组织,没有发生再结晶,此时可获得优良的综合力学性能;其完全再结晶退火温度为480℃,保温1~22h,能获得较好的综合力学性能和细小的等轴晶组织。285~330℃是该铝箔退火应该回避的温度区,特别是在330℃保温22h后,翅片铝箔晶粒粗大,强度和伸长率出现双低现象。 The effects of the annealing temperature and holding time on mechanical properties and mierostrueture of the Al- Mn-Fe-Si wing foil were studied. The results show that after annealing with H26 process,annealing at 255℃ and holding for 7 - 22h,the foil is still kept fibrous strueture without reerystallization and posses better comprehensive meehanieal properties. And after annealing at 480℃ for 1 - 22h,the foil has fine equiaxial grain strueture with full reerystallization and also posses better meehanieal properties. It should be avoided that annealing at 285 - 330℃, especially at 330℃, holding for 22h,both the tensile strength and elongation of the foil will be all lower resulted from the eoarse grain strueture.
