宫内缺氧对胎鼠大脑皮质神经元c-Fos和NOS表达的影响

摘要 目的探讨宫内缺氧对胚胎大鼠大脑皮质神经元内c-Fos和一氧化氮合酶(nitric oxide syntbase,NOS)表达的影响。方法将8只孕期15天的孕鼠随机分为对照组和缺氧组各4只,缺氧组孕鼠采用低张性缺氧模型致鼠胚宫内缺氧1小时,两组鼠胚大脑组织经c-Fos和NOS免疫组化双标染色后,进行观察分析。结果缺氧组大脑皮质c-Fos阳性细胞、NOS阳性细胞和c-Fos/NOS双染阳性细胞均比对照组明显增多(P<0.05)。结论缺氧可刺激鼠胚大脑神经元内c-Fos和NOS的表达。 Objective To study the effect of hypoxia in uterus on the expression of c-Fos and nitric oxide synthase(NOS) in neurons of cerebral cortex from rats' embryos. Methods 8 conceiving (15d) female Wistar rats were divided randomly into 2 groups;the control group(CG) and the hypoxia group(HG). The rats embryos of HG were in hypotonic hypoxia in uterus. The expression of c-Fos and NOS in cerebrum tissue of rats'embryos was studied with immunohistochemistry double staining and the results were observed and analyzed under light microscope. Results The postive c- Fos cells, NOS cells and c-Fos/NSE cells in HG were more than that of CG(P〈0. 05) respectively. Conclusion Hypoxia could stimulate the expression of c-Fos and NOS in neurons of cerebral cortex from rats' embryos.
