异丙酚麻醉镇痛作用的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察异丙酚在人工流产手术中的麻醉镇痛作用。方法选择拟进行人工流产的早孕妇女230例,随机分为两组;观察组110例采用微泵注入异丙酚,对照组120例不使用任何镇痛措施。结果手术前和手术中的心率、血压、血氧饱和度及镇痛效果、不良反应等指标观察组和对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丙酚具有明显的麻醉镇痛作用。 Objective To observe the anesthetic and analgesic effect of propofol in artificial abortion. Methods 230 patients-to-be in artificial abortion were chosen with 110( observation team) injected with propofol and 120( comparison team) no measures for analgesia. Results Items to be observed: change of HR,BP, SPO2 and effects of analgesia and side effects before abortion and during abortion,there existed significant difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups( P 0. 05) . Conclusion Propofol have significant curative effect in artificial abortion.
