摘要
目前,我们正在迎来一个全面改革开放和发展社会主义市场经济的历史时期。提高党的政治权威显得尤其重要和紧迫。提高党的政治权威是构建社会主义和谐社会的客观需要;是加强党的执政能力建设的内在要求,更是加强党的建设的一项急迫任务。
At present, we are welcoming an historical period developing socialist market economy. The political authority of improving the party seems especially important and urgent. The ＇political authority of improving the party is the desirability of structuring the socialist harmonious society; It is the inherent requirement for construction of ability of administration of strengthening the party, as well as an urgent task of the party-building especially.
