摘要
目的观察利维爱(lival)治疗围绝经期妇女泌尿生殖道症状的疗效。方法将90例绝经一年的具有泌尿生殖症状的门诊病人随机分成两组。A组,安慰剂糖丸组;B组,利维爱2.5mg/日组。观察12个月后AB两组的泌尿生殖道症状改善情况及阴道细胞学检查情况。结果通过χ2检验两组治疗有显著的统计差异。结论利维爱可有效改善绝经期妇女的泌尿生殖道症状且副作用较少。
Objective Observing the result of applying Lival treating climacteric women with urinary and reproductive tunnel symptoms. Method Dividing 90 cases of woman outpatients being with the urinary and reproductive （tunnel） symptoms one year after their menopause into two groups. Feeding with Group A： consoling sugar pills; Group B： Lival, 2.5mg/day Target observed improvement of the urinary and reproductive tunnel symptoms and cytological examination results on vaginae for each group of patients after 12 months. Result there is an outstanding statistical difference on X2 examination results between the two groups. Conclusion Lival can effectively improve the urinary and reproductive tunnel symptoms for climacteric women while its side effects are very limited.
