前列腺素E_1与贝那普利联合治疗糖尿病肾病疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察前列腺素E1(LipoPGE1)与贝那普利联合治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)和肾功能正常的临床糖尿肾病的疗效。方法将60例DN患者随机分为对照组(贝那普利)和治疗组(贝那普利+LipoPGE1)。比较两组治疗前和治疗后8周UAER.Ser和BUN等指标的变化。结果(1)治疗后治疗组和对照组UAER均显著下降,(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组比对照组下降更为明显(P<0.05);(2)治疗后治疗组Scr显著下降(P<0.05),而对照组则无明显变化;(3)治疗后两组BUN、FBG、MPA、TC和TC均无明显变化。结论LipoPGE1和贝那普利联合治疗能有效减少早期DN和肾功能正常的临床DN患者的蛋白尿,改善肾功能。 Objective To study the effects of integrated Liposomal prostaglandin E1 (Lipo PGE1) and benazepril on early diabetic nephropathy(DN) and clinical DN. Methods 60 patients of type 2 diabetic patients with DNwere randomly divided into control group (benazepril) and treated group (benazepril+Lipo PGE1).UARE, Scr and BUN figures were compared between two groups before treatment and eight weeks after treatment. Results UAER had been decreased significantly in both groups(P〈0.05, P〈0.01),and more significantly in treated group than in control group(P〈0.05),Scr had been decreased significantly in treated group(P〈0.01).while no significantly decrease of Scr had been found in control group during the follow-up (P〉0.05). Furtheremore, no significant decrease of BUN, FBG, MPA, TC and TG had been found in both groups. Conclusion Integrated Lipo PGE1 and benazepril can ameliorate protenuria and improve renalfunction of the patients with early DN ang clinical DN of normal renal function.
