摘要
目的探讨纳米银妇女外用抗菌凝胶与宫项红外线凝结对宫颈糜烂的治疗效果。方法对96例患者按宫颈糜烂类型的不同随机分为3组,每组再按患者入选序号随机分为治疗组及对照组,前者直接使用纳米银,后者使用宫颈红外线凝结法治疗宫颈炎。2个月后复查,观察糜烂面愈合及治疗后阴道出血情况。结果两种方法治疗单纯型、颗粒型及轻、中度宫颈糜烂,疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05);对于乳突型及重度宫颈糜烂,红外线凝结法优于纳米银,疗效差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗组无一例发生阴道出血,而对照组术后均有不同程度的阴道出血。结论纳米银治疗单纯型、颗粒型及轻、中度宫颈糜烂与传统的宫颈红外线凝结法比较,疗效差异不显著,且无发生阴道出血的可能;而对于乳突型或重度宫颈糜烂后者仍然占有明显优势。
Objective Contrast and analysis the treatment result of using the Nano-silver anti-virus jelly and infrared jellifieation to treat cervical erosion.Methods According to the cervical erosion type, we divide the 96 patients into three groups, then we divided each group into treatment set and contrast set randomly, ln treatment set we used the Nano-silver to treat the civilities, but used infrared jellifiation in contrast set. After two months we conserved the heal of the erosion area and the colportage condition. Results These two methods have no notable significance to the alone purely type, particle type, light and inside degree cervical erosion, but to the mammilliform type and heavy degree, the intrared jellification in better than the Nano-silver. In the treatments set there is no colportage, but there is different degree in the contrast set. Conclusio Using the Nano-silver and infrared jellification to treat the alone purely type, particle type, light and inside degree cervical erosion, it no notalble significance ,and it impossible to happen colportage, but the infrared jellification is better to the mammilliform typed and heavy degree, cervical erosion.
