摘要
为了帮助人们对两种抗癌药品有更加清晰的认识和了解,采用微波消解技术对两种抗癌药品华蟾素胶囊和细胞银进行消解。以ICP-AES方法测定其中Na、Mg、Fe、Al、Sr、Ni、Cr、Au、Mo、Hg、Pb、Ag、Si、Ca、Zn、Se等元素的含量。该方法线性范围宽、操作简单、快速、灵敏度高、准确性好,且能够多元素同时测定。回收率在95.2%-106.1%之间,相对标准偏差小于4.99%。实验结果表明两种药品都含有丰富的多种人体所需元素,但是两种药品中也检测出了几种对人体不益的元素,且含量也较高。两种药物具有不同的成分和作用,在购买和使用产品时要慎重。
To help people in deeply understanding the property of the two drugs of cinobufacini and cell silver in the view of elemen-tal analysis. The amounts of Na,Mg,Fe,Al,Sr,Ni,Cr,Au,Mo,Hg,Pb,Ag,Si,Ca,Zn,Se in the two kinds of drugs digested by mi-crowave were determined by ICP-AES. The method proved to be wide linear range, simple, rapid, highly sensitivity, good accuracy and determination of many elements at the same time. The recovery is 95. 2% -106. 1% , relative standard deviations are less than 4. 99% . The experimental results show that the two kinds of drugs are contain rich essential trace elements, but the two drugs also detected out several elements that are not beneficial to the human body, and the content is higher. Their elements and components are different with careful choices and usages.
