企业文化是以企业规章制度和物质现象为载体的一种经济文化,人力资源是企业的第一资源,人力资源管理是企业文化建设的重要内容,二者相辅相成、相互促进,因此企业文化建设必须服务于企业的人力资源管理和发展大计,才能增强企业的竞争力,保持企业在市场中的不败地位。
Corporate culture is an economic culture based on regulations and materials and human resources plays a leading role in enterprises. The management of human resources is an important part of the construction of corporate culture, both of which supplement and promote each other, so corporate culture must be built for the management of human resources and overall development programs to strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises to be successful in production.
