摘要
体育无形资产是体育组织核心竞争力的关键性因素,是衡量体育产业发展水平的重要标志。研究表明:转变观念、建立激励机制、培养专门人才是加强我国体育无形资产经营开发的先决条件。
The sports intangible assets are key factors of competitiveness of sports organization, ＂it is the important sign of sports industry＇s development level. Studies have shown： Changing idea, setting up incentive mechanism, training specialized personnel are imperative preconditiom to strengthen the development of our country intangible assets management.
