摘要 分析了高锰钢铸件在实际生产中产生裂纹的原因及铸件凝固过程中各种因素的影响,从结构设计、化学成分控制、浇铸工艺和热处理工艺等方面提出了预防措施。 This article has described the reason of the cracks produced on the high manganese steel castings during the actual manufacturing as well as the various kinds of influential factors to the castings during the solidification process. The prevention measures have been set forth in the filed of structure design, chemical composition controlling , pouring process, and heat treatment process, etc.
