在高锰钢铸件断裂现象中最常见的是热裂或由热裂而引起的裂纹 ,究其根源 ,其中的一个最重要原因就是化学成分对该类材料失效所造成的影响。本文介绍了通过调整化学成分 ,改进冶炼工艺 。
The most common case of the fracture in the high manganese casting steel is the heat cracking or the cracks caused by the heat cracking. One of a very important reasons is the chemical composition which affects the material invalid. This article has described the defects for the high manganese casting steel can be effectively overcome by adjusting the chemical composition, improving the melting process as well as the modification .
