新颖杂环类维A酸的合成及其生物活性

摘要 三种结构新颖的杂环类维A酸,即5-四甲基四氢萘基-3-吡唑甲酸,2-甲基-5-四甲基四氢萘基-3-呋喃甲酸,1-丁基-2-甲基-5-四甲基四氢化萘基-3-吡咯甲酸的合成被报道.生物活性测试表明它们对肿瘤细胞(HL-60)有一定的抑制作用. Syntheses of three novel heteroretinoids were reported. Novel heteroretinoids were 5-(5,6,7,8-Tetrahydro-5,5,8,8-tetramethylr-2- naphthalenyl)-3-pyrazole carboxylic acid, 2-Methyl 5-(5,5,8,8-tetramethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro naphthalen-2-yl)-furan-3-earboxylie acid, 1-Butyl-2-methyl-5-(5,5,8,8-tetramethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-naphthalen-2-yl)-1H-pyrrole-3-carboxylic acid. The results of biological test indicated that these compounds possessed some growth inhibition effects in leukemia cells.
