摘要
从祁州漏芦根中已分离鉴定出１９个化合物，本文报道其噻吩类活性成分，它们是：牛蒡子醛［晶（１）］、牛蒡子酸［晶（２）］、牛蒡子醇－ｂ［晶（３）］和漏芦噻烯醇［晶（４）］，其中晶（４）为一新化合物，晶（１）是发现的新型抗氧化剂。
The plant, Rhapouticum uniflorum, is widely distrubuted in northern provinces of P. R.China. It has been used as a traditional Chinese medicine for improvment of mile secretion.19 compounds were identifid from roots of Rhapouticum uniflorum, In this paper, only the anti-oxidation active constituents are reported, including arctinal(1), arctic acid(2), arctinol-b(3) and thaponthienylenol (4). Among these compounds, compounds 4 is a new compounds.Biological experiments showed that the main anti-oxidation active constituents of Rhaponticum uniflorum were phytoecdysteroids and thiophenes.
