抗氧化酶在大鼠慢性肾衰中的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 通过建立5/6肾切除(5/6Nx)大鼠慢性肾衰动物模型,测定残余肾小球抗氧化酶-超氧歧化酶(SOD)及胱氮酸过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和脂质过氧化物酶(MDA)。结果示5/6Nx术后8周及12周,大鼠血清肌酐上升,肌酐清除率下降,病理上出现明显肾小球硬化的同时,残余肾小球SOD及GSH-Px活性均明显低于正常对照织(P<0.05),而MDA量却显著增加(P<0.05)。提示慢性肾衰大鼠残余肾组织抗氧化功能不全,氧自由基的产生及清除失平衡可能参与了慢性肾功能不全的发生和发展。 norder tu investigate the role uf antioxidase in the model of rat’chronic renal failure by 5/ 6 nephroectomy,the antioxidase-superoxide dismutase (SOD),the activity of glutathione-peroxidase(GSH-Px )and lipo-peroxidase(MDA )were measured, The results showed that in the 8th and 12th week after 5/ 6 nephroectomy with the serum creatinine inereased,Cer decreased,and glomerular sclerosis happened,the activity of SOD and GSH-Px uf remnant glomeruli was much luwer than the normal control group(P<0. 05),but the MDA significantly increased (P<0.05).It suggested that the disfunction of antioxydization of the rat’remnant kidney tissue of chronic renal failure existed,and the creation of oxygen radicals and isbalance of clearence may take part in the occurence and development of chronic renal failure.
