摘要
我国工程的监督管理工作依照法律规定已全面开展多年,随着电力工业的发展和动力设备的进步,近年来高电压、高参数、大容量的机组相继投入,工程监理工作相宜提到一定高度,如何做好大型工程的监理工作和提高业务水平及更好地做好工程安全、质量管理工作,使工程监理企业真正具有公信力的品牌。文章从技术管理、人员素质、现场实际操作等方面做了进一步论述。
Engineering supervision has been developed in our nation according to the regulations of law for several years, along with the development of electric power industry and progress of power equipments, units of high voltage, high parameter and huge capacity has been successively put into operation in recent years, and the engineering supervision has been eorrespondingly improved to a certain status, the paper expounds the problem on how to improve supervision level and quality management work from several aspects of technical management, personnel diathesis, and field operation.
