摘要
对项目经理应具备的思想品德、专业技术、管理知识及技能等多方面的素质进行了阐述,指出项目经理只有不断学习,提高业务水平,才能做好本职工作,真正起到项目经理的作用。
The paper describes the qualities possessed by a project manager including ideological quality, professional technique, management knowledge and techniques, and points out some suggestions to be a perfect project manager, such as continuous learning and improving profes sional level, so as to do well in the work and to realize the role of a project manager.
