摘要
对某钢铁公司炼钢厂扩容后的2号转炉炉壳进行现场温度测试,由测试结果运用有限单元法对炉体进行温度场模拟以及三维热机耦合应力分析,分析炉壳的温度场及应力分布,为转炉炉体的扩容改造与安全性提供了数据参考。
On the basis of the results out of the on-site temperature measurement, the temperature field and stress distribution over the converter shell have been analyzed by using the finite element method for calculation of the thermal-mechanical coupling stress over the revamped converter sell. It can be used as a reference and guideline for converter capacity enlargement and revamp project and converter safety purpose.
