摘要
对40t转炉脱氧工艺作了系统研究,通过测定钢液氧含量变化,查清了脱氧后钢中游离氧含量水平,找出了影响氧含量变化规律的因素。定量地评价了转炉冶炼操作,为冶炼控制钢中氧含量指出了方向,优化了以钢液氧活度为依据的脱氧操作制度。
The present paper has systematically studied the deoxidation process for 40 t converter, determined the free oxygen content in steel after deoxidation, found out the factors affecting the law of variation of oxygen content, evaluated the conditions necessary for metallurgical operation of converters and pointed out the right way to control the oxygen content in steel in the metallurgical operations and therefore optimized the deoxidation process on the basis of oxygen activity in the liquid steel.
