摘要
以季戊四醇、磷酸为原料合成了阻燃剂磷酸季戊四醇酯缩合物,用之处理包装用粗纤维纸,研究了反应温度、物料摩尔比、反应时间对产物阻燃性的影响。结果发现该物质可有效地提高纸类的耐燃性,达到最好阻燃效果的合成条件是90℃,磷酸/季戊四醇的摩尔比1∶1,搅拌反应时间3h。
Pentaerythritol Phosphate was synthesized by using pentaerythritol and phosphorus acid . It can improve the flame-retardancy of papers effectively . The synthesis conditions getting good flame-retardation are the molar ratio of phosphorous acid and pentaerythritol 1.1, 110℃ for 3h.
