摘要
热重分析表明膨胀型阻燃剂(IFR)可提高聚丙烯的最大热失重速率温度、增加热失重残余率,使聚丙烯的极限氧指数有较大的提高。差示扫描量热法测试结果表明,三组分IFR比两组分IFR有更好的阻燃性能,扫描电镜照片观察到三组分IFR有更好的膨胀发泡效果。
Thermal gravimeteric analysis (TGA) showed that IFR increased the maximum heat loss tempreture, the sample's residued char and the limit oxygen index (LOI) of polypropylene. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) results showed that three-components IFR had much better flame retarding effect than two-components IFR. A favorable foam structure after combustion was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM).
