计算机辅助儿童斜视客观定量检查及其可靠性研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的传统斜视检查法有赖于被检者的合作,使获得年幼儿童的斜视度非常困难。为解决这一困难,我们研究客观诊断儿童斜视的方法,并对其可靠性进行研究。方法通过数码照相电脑分析的"儿童斜视客观诊断方法",客观检查儿童斜视度数,并将此检查方法与三棱镜检查方法进行对比,研究"儿童斜视客观诊断方法"的可靠性。结果对于中轻度斜视,两种检查方法结果接近,而对于大度数斜视,"儿童斜视客观诊断方法"与传统的三棱镜检查方法偏离较大。"儿童斜视客观诊断方法"获得的结果更加符合实际情况。结论客观斜视定量诊断斜视患者的斜视度数方法是必要和可行的, Purpose For finding a method of acquiring objectively the strabismus angle in pediatric patients with strabismus. Methods First, using routing measure method detecting the strabismus angle in 50 cases pediatric patients with strabismus,using the compute-aid method detecting the strabismus angle to the same patients. Then,we analyze the relativity between using special compute software and using routing measure method to pediatric patient with strabismus. Results To moderating or mild strabismus, two methods appear high consistent, while to the large degree strabismus it appears low consistent. The method of using by digital camera is more accord with the fact. Conclusion It is possible and feasible using the method of compute-aided method to measure the strabismus angle in pediatric patients with strabismus.
