摘要
目的:讨论修复隆乳手术中由于剥离腔隙过大导致假体移位的手术方法。方法:应用3-0可吸收缝合线深部间断埋线封闭隆乳手术中超范围的剥离腔隙。结果:12例均获得满意效果,随访10例,6～12个月无复发,外观满意。结论:本手术方法避免了类似问题需取出乳房假体,待包膜重新愈合后二次手术或术后长期加压包扎效果不确切的弊端。
Objective To analyze the operational method in repairing the prosthesis displacement in mammoplasty due to the exceed dissection lacune. Methods The new method uses the 3-0 absorbable suture, sutures deeply and intermittently, and implants the suture to close the exceed dissection lacune. Results All of the 12 cases have achieved a satisfactory effect. Furthermore, we have followed up 10 cases for 6 to 12 months and found that there has not been one case to relapse and the appearance was content. Conclusion The new method avoids to take out of the prosthesis, further to wait for the second operation after the amicula is healing or to bandage pressurized for a long term whose effect is not definite when facing the problem of the exceed dissection lacune in mammoplasty.
