摘要
目的:一次性完成隆乳并同时矫正乳房轻度下垂。方法:经腋窝切口将乳房假体置入胸大肌后间隙。结果:28例乳腺萎缩伴乳房轻度下垂患者术后乳房及乳头形态位置良好,乳头感觉及勃起正常。结论:经腋窝切口隆乳术能同时矫正下垂乳房,创伤小,瘢痕隐蔽,效果稳定可靠。
Objective Breast augmentation are performed in conjunction with breast lift in a single operation to correct mastatrophia with mild sagging breast. Methods Breast implant was introduced through a transaxillary incision, and the positioning of the implant was in subpectoral space in every case and in every breast. Results 28 cases with mastatrophia and mild sagging breasts underwent operations, all had good figure of breasts. No visible scar was present and no nipple hypoesthesia occurred. The shape and sentience of nipple in operated beasts was perfect. Conclusion Mastatrophia with mild sagging breast can be corrected with breast implantation technique in a single procedure. If Transaxillary incision is selected, this technique can attain good and reliable result with veiled incision scar.
