摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,通过对我国残疾人参与体育活动的态度、价值观、锻炼方式、频度、时间和影响因素以及经济收入水平的调查分析,从体育活动条件、体育活动主体意识和体育活动行为三个方面揭示了残疾人体育生活方式现状。结果表明:我国残疾人处于低层次的体育生活方式水平;客观条件是影响残疾人体育生活方式的主要因素;残疾人表现出提高体育生活质量主观愿望,但与现实之间存在反差。
Literature study, questionnaire, mathematical statistics were applied to investigate the disabled people＇s attitude, value, ways, frequency, time of taking physical training. It was shown that the disabled people do not have necessary conditions for taking physical training even though they want to.
