摘要
运用问卷调查、文献资料、数理统计、逻辑分析等研究方法,对河北省城市老年人的体育价值观、参加体育活动的基本特征以及体育消费情况等进行调查分析,从体育活动主体意识、体育活动行为和体育活动条件三个方面揭示了河北省城市老年人体育生活方式现状特征,指出了存在的问题和主要制约因素,并提出相应的对策,为引导和促进老年人形成一种与现代社会生活相适应的健康体育生活方式提供有益的参考。
The author made the research and analysis on the sports values,the basic features of participating in sports and the consumptions in sports via the research methods of questionnaire,documentation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,etc.It reflected the current features of the sports life-style of senior citizens in the cities of Hebei Province from the aspect of the subject awareness of sports activities,the behavior of sports activities and the conditions of sports activities.Furthermore,it showed the existing problems and restraining factors as well as the corresponding strategies,providing some useful references for the guidance and promotion of the healthy sport life-style suitable for the senior citizens.
