The domestic manufacture＇s process of the styrene SMART reactor has been discussed in detail. It emphasized the stocked technical standard of steel 304H, the method of testing and retesting the material, the experiment of weld craftwork, the manufacture and machining of the top and bottom head, the fitting and testing of the reactor and the tri - circle screen, it has been finished that successfully by adopting the rational method of welding, heat treating, machining and fixing.
