摘要
综述了微波-水热法合成无铅压电陶瓷粉体的优越性,指出了无铅压电陶瓷制备工艺的重要性。介绍了无铅压电陶瓷粉体的制备方法及其优缺点和微波-水热法合成粉体的由来,阐述了微波-水热法合成无铅压电陶瓷粉体的作用原理、微波液相合成技术的特点和微波-水热法制备无铅压电陶瓷粉体的工艺参数。探讨了微波-水热法制备无铅压电陶瓷粉体对陶瓷性能的影响,同时,提出了该新路线有待解决的问题并展望了该领域未来的发展方向。
Various advantages of synthesizing lead-free piezoelectric ceramic powders by microwave-hydrother- real method are reviewed, pointing out the importance of the lead-free piezoelectric ceramic preparation process. Lead- free piezoelectric ceramics powder preparation methods, the advantages and disadvantages of them, and the course of development of powder synthesizing by the microwave-hydrothermal method are introduced. Mechanism of the micro- wave-hydrothermal approach synthesize lead-free piezoelectric ceramic powders, characteristics of microwave synthesis under liquid conditions and explore process parameters are briefly described. Ceramics performance affect by the lead- free piezoelectric powders, which synthesized by the microwave-hydrothermal method is discussed. The new issues to be resolved of this new route are proposed and prospect for developments in this area is also discussed.
