摘要
在自制高温高压固液平衡装置中对苯二甲酸(TA)在醋酸水溶液中达到了固液相平衡,用一个特殊的取样装置取出饱和液相样品并冷却至常温。加入内标物异丙苯于样品中,采用液相色谱法定量了样品中的TA浓度。利用此法测定了1.4 MPa下423.15—493.15 K对TA在质量分数为60%、70%、80%、90%和100%的醋酸水溶液中的溶解度数据。用Apelb lat方程对所测数据进行关联,得到了相应的模型参数。用该模型对本体系进行了计算,计算值与实验值的平均偏差较小,结果令人满意。
The solubility of terephthalic acid in aqueous acetic acid solution with acetic acid mass fraction from 60% to 100% was determined at 423.15- 493.15 K and 1.4 MPa by high-performance liquid-phase chromatography. Quantitative analysis of terephthalic acid in the solution was performed based on the relative mass correction factor of peak area between terephthalic acid and isopropyl acting as the internal standard sample. Apelblat equation was used for correlation and calculation of solubility data, and model parameters were obtained. The coincidence between calculated and exoerimental data is satisfactory.
