摘要
在20 mL的微型反应器装置上对N i-Pd/A l2O3催化剂催化C5烯烃混合物加氢制戊烷表观动力学进行实验研究,考察了氢分压、温度、停留时间(液时空速)对反应速率的影响,通过对实验数据的拟合得到了戊烷加氢反应动力学的微分与积分模型。模型值和实验值的比较结果表明:在研究的氢分压、温度、液时空速工艺条件范围内,模型是适用的。
Apparent kinetics of pentane prepared from C5 olefin under catalyst Ni-Pd/Al2O3 was studied at 20 mL reactor. The influence of factors such as partial pressure of hydrogen, temperature and volume space velocity was examined. The differential and integral models of the hydrogenation kinetics were obtained by fitting the experimental data. The models were proved correct within the temperature, pressure and volume space velocity by comparing computing values with experimental value.
