摘要
戊烷原料主要来源于炼油厂。戊烷产品用途广泛 ,可用作发泡剂、溶剂、化工原料等。目前国内高纯度异戊烷、正戊烷、环戊烷及混合戊烷发泡剂生产厂有 36家 ,生产能力 1 5 0kt/a左右。我国戊烷的年消费量近 6 6kt,其中 ,EPS(发泡聚苯乙烯 )戊烷发泡剂的消费量约占总消费量的 45 %;聚氨酯的发泡剂消费戊烷约占总消费量的 5 0 %;线性低密度聚乙烯戊烷载溶剂消费量约占总消费量的 5 %。国内戊烷供大于求 ,但高档产品供应不足。所以 ,“十五”期间新建装置一定要采用国内较为先进的工艺技术 ,采用较廉价的原料气 ,确保产品质量 ,最大限度的降低生产成本 ,同时加强市场开发 ,提高产品的市场竞争力。
The raw materials of Pentane mainly root in petroleum refining plants. Pentane has an extensive application such as vesicant, solvent, chemical material, and so on. At present, there are 36 plants in our country producing high purity isopentane, n-pentane, cyclopentane and blending pentane vesicant with the producing capacity of about 150 kt/a. However, the annual concumption of pentane is only around 66 kt, of which the consumption of EPS pentane vesicant accounts for 45%, the consumption of pentane used as vesicant of PU accounts for 50%, and it of pentane loaded LLDPE solvent accounts for 5%. Supply of pentane generally exceeds demand in our country, but the supply of top grade products is insufficient. Therefore, it is proposed to adopt advanced processing technology and relatively inexpensive gas in order to ensure quality of products and reduce cost to the greatest extent, and simultaneously, enhance development of market, and promote the competitiveness of pentane products.
