摘要
用树脂吸附的方法研究了稀土金属的富集及回收。测定了在不同介质pH、温度、吸附时间、树脂量等因素对吸附的影响。结果表明:110*树脂在pH=5.13的HAc-NaAc体系中吸附最佳,静态饱和吸附容量为316.67 mg/g;用0.5 mol/L的HC l可定量洗脱;等温吸附服从Freund lich经验式;表观速率常数k298=1.49×10-5s-1;用化学和红外光谱等方法讨论了吸附机理。
Focusing on the research of enrichment and recovery of Lanthanide series by resin adsorption method, the effect of the factors such as pH of medium, temperature, adsorption time and resin concentration, etc, on sorption was measured. Experimental results show that the best medium pH of sorption of 110^* resin for Dy^3+ is pH = 5.13 in the HAc-NaAc medium. The static sorption capacity of 110^* resin for Dy^3+ is 316.67 mg/g. The best eluant is 0.5 mol/L HCl. The adsorption behavior of 110^+ for Dy^3+ obeys the Freundlich isotherm. The sorption rate constant is k298 = 1.49 × 10^-5 s^-1 The adsorption mechanism of 110^+ resin for Dy^3+ was confirmed by chemical analysis and IR soectra.
