摘要
目的:建立莪术中莪术醇的含量测定方法。方法:采用气相色谱方法,HP-5(0.32mm×30m,0.25μm)石英弹性毛细管柱,进样口温度200℃,氢火焰检测器(FID)250℃,不分流,柱流量1.0mL·min^-1;程序升温:初始60℃,保持4min,以3℃·min^-1升至210℃。结果:莪术醇在40.0-2000μg·mL^-1具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9997,高,低浓度加样回收率分别为95.01%(RSD 2.52%),96.46%(RSD 2.86%)。结论:本方法准确可靠,重复性好,样品处理较简单。
Objective: To establish a method to determine the content of Curcumol in Bhizoma Curcumae. Method: The samples were determined by GC on a HP-5 column (0.32 min×30 m, 0.25μm), Inlet temperature 200℃, FID 250℃, flow 1.0 mL·min^-1 ,splitIess. Temperature programming started at 6℃, holding for 4 rain, then increased to 210 ℃ at a rate of 3 ℃ min^-1. Result: The calibration curve of curcumol is linear over the range of 40.0-2 000 μg·mL^-1, r = 0.999 7. The high and low additive recovery were 95.01% (BSD 2.52% ), 96.46%(RSD 2.86% ). Conclusion: This method was accurate and reliable with a good reproducibility, and the procedure of samples pretreatment is simple.
