小柴胡汤对大鼠子宫内膜异位症COX-2表达的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨小柴胡汤治疗大鼠子宫内膜异位症的作用机制。方法建立大鼠内异症动物模型,将成模鼠随机分为对照组、小柴胡汤组、丹那唑组及联合用药组(小柴胡汤+丹那唑),分别给药进行治疗。采用免疫组化方法,观察分析各用药组在位、异位内膜环氧合酶-2(COX-2)的表达。结果小柴胡汤组和联合用药组大鼠异位内膜COX-2的表达水平明显低于其在位内膜,丹那唑组和对照组则正好相反,异位内膜COX-2的表达明显高于在位内膜。结论小柴胡汤治疗大鼠子宫内膜异位症的作用机制可能是通过下调异位内膜COX-2的表达,从而减少前列腺素的产生而实现的。 Objective To explore the therapeutic mechanism of Xiao Chaihu Decoction tor endometriosis in rats. Methods The rat models of endometriosis were treated with Xiao Chaihu Decoction, Danazol, and Xiao Chaihu Decoction plus Danazol for 4 weeks, respectively. And then cyclooxygenase- 2(COX -2) expression in endometrium and endometriotic tissue was observed by immunohistochemistry method. Results The expression of COX - 2 in the endometriotic tissue was lower than that in endometrium in Xiao Chaihu Decoction group and Xiao Chaihu Decoction plus Danazol group, while the results in Danazol group and control group were opposed to those in the above two groups. Conclusion The mechanism of Xiao Chaih,t Decoction for rats dometrium, thus reducing the formation endometriosis may be related to the decrease of COX - 2 expression in ectopic Enof prostaglandins.
